Second World War hero Krystyna Skarbek, aka Christine Granville, is commemorated in bronze

Krystyna Skarbek’s niece, Rula Lenska, was among those helping to unveil a new bronze bust of the SOE agent at Ognisko Polskie, the London Polish club. The bust is by sculptor Ian Wolter, pictured here with Skarbek and me.
